The DBA is an executive training program based on research, designed for managers. The program is focused on providing managers with the skills to acquire and accumulate high quality theoretical knowledge aligned with current corporate issues, and offer them the necessary rigor to produce transferable knowledge in terms of managerial practices.

The DBA is designed for reflective managers who wish to acquire new skills to understand and operate in an increasingly complex corporate world. Training by research will allow them to acquire the necessary skills to develop and unravel the theoretical knowledge on the corporate world, to forge the critical judgment required to identify managerial issues preventing economic and social performance and gain rigor skills to produce transferable knowledge in regards to practice and managerial solutions.

With the DBA program, ISPA Business School leverages its close corporate partnerships and commitments in research activities for excellence to provide managers with a pedagogical approach based on research: a relevant research for the corporate world thanks to the transferability of its managerial practices and a research that meets the rigorous academic requirements with the context of current issues that the business world faces

The DBA program is mainly designed for working or retraining managers holding an MBA or Master in Management. Candidates holding a Master in different fields are also welcome to apply and the school will ensure proper preparation via an e-learning web-platform.

Managers must have 5 years of professional experience, reduced to 3 years after the candidate’s application review.
